Celery, Date, and Almond Butter Toasts


Ingredients

SERVINGS: 2 
  • 2 slices ¼”-thick country-style bread, toasted
  • Almond butter
  • 2 celery stalks, shaved on a diagonal
  • 1 date, finely chopped
  • Flaky sea salt (such as Maldon) and olive oil (for serving)

Preparation

  • Spread toast with almond butter. Top with celery and date; season with salt and drizzle with oil.
